WILMA BOAN OBITUARY
Mrs. Wilma A. (Kovac) Boan, 83, of Kansas City, KS, passed away Thursday evening August 11, 2005 at Providence Medical Center.
Mrs. Boan was born September 4, 1921 in Kansas City, KS. She was a homemaker, a member of St. John the Baptist Church, its Altar Society, its senior citizens club, St. Mary & St. Anthony Senior Citizens Club, Gorski Kotar Lodge of the CFU and the Shepherd's Center.
Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Boan, Sr., two brothers, Tony Kovac and Ernie Kovac, and one sister, Mary Weaver.
The Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 16 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday at the Skradski Funeral Home, where the Rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to St. John the Baptist-Holy Family Catholic School or the American Cancer Society.
