Katharine "Cookie" Wexley, 99, of Los Angeles died Monday, Feb. 16, in Santa Monica. Mrs. Wexley was born Jan. 24, 1905, in Vienna, Austria. She was the wife of author John Wexley. She is survived by her daughter, Thea Logan of Los Angeles; and granddaughters Melanie Wellner of Grass Valley and Pippa Logan of Gold Beach, Ore. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wexley.
