Walter SCHICK, 78, died Wednesday, March 3, 1993. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church of Morse with the Rev. Ivan Allen, retired pastor of Childress, officiating. Burial will be in Hansford County Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mr. SCHICK, born in Shattuck, Oklahoma, was a Hansford County resident since 1949. He married Lorraine LAMP in 1944 at Sioux Falls, S.D. He was a farmer and a Methodist. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Mike SCHICK of Morse and J. D. SCHICK of Fritch; a brother, Manuel SCHICK of Shattuck; two sisters, Esther WILSON of Amarillo and Irene ODOM of Oklahoma City; and three grandchildren.

The body will be available for viewing from 11 a.m. until services Saturday at the church in Morse.
