WIDOW GETS THIRD OF $14,000 ESTATE
The First National bank, of Anaheim, has filed a petition in superior court to probate the will of Mathias Depweg, of Anaheim, who died December 7, leaving a $14,000 estate, consisting of a seven-acre ranch.
The will leave the widow, Emma Depweg, of Long Beach, one-third of the estate, bequethes $500 to each of two sons, Lewis Depweg, of Anaheim, and Edward Depweg, of Placencia, and leaves the residue of the estate equally to nine children, including Lewis and Edward, Ferdinand, of Riverside; Leo, of Fullertown; Elizabeth Bastanchury, La Habra; Marie Lumkin, of Long Beach; Josephine Hamman, of Placentia; Rose Hurley, Los Angeles, and Clara Burkhard, Anaheim.
