William DeBrelle Allred was born January 9, 1929, to William DeBrelle Allred and Mabel Grace Allred in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He married E Emma Jane Guebara on November 26, 1952. Bill was an Air Force Meterologist for 30 years and served overseas in Japan, Korea and in the Aleutian Islands. He was the youngest non-com ever to achieve the rank of Chief Master Sergeant in the Air Force at the time of his promotion.

Upon his retirement from the US Air Force, Bill went to work as Data Processing Manager for Peter Kiewitt and Sons in Omaha, Nebraska. After his retirement from Kiewitt, Bill did some contract programming and wrote billing systems for several small municipalities.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; grandsons, William Gordon Allred, Brandon Allred and Christopher Allred; great-grandson, Cody Skokan; sisters, Josephine Loman, Jean Allred, Judy Spencer, All Allred and Betty Blake; brothers, Walter and Louis Smith; and son-in-law, Donald Holmen.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Jane Allred; sons, William (Melanie) Walter (Carol), James Michael (Lisa), Gus (Tracy) and Anthony (Michelle); daughters, Mary Jourdan (John), Eva Allred (Patrick) and Alicia Stansell (Paul); grandchildren, Kimberly Brougham, Ken Skokan, Mike Skokan, Christina Allred, Stephanie Allred-Umatum, Jennifer Allred, Leticia Allred, Aleece Allred, Allen Muse-Allred, Dustie Clossen, Monica Johnson, Misty Lee, William Jourdan, Marie Roflsen, and Jane Jourdan; sixteen great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends.
