Jackson, Angela D. age 92, of Delano, died peacefully on Saturday, July 22, 2006 at her home in Delano. Born February 4, 1914 to Joseph and Frances (Longish) Motzko. Preceded in death by husband, Earl Cox Jackson (1972). Angela was the only survivor of 9 brothers and sisters; beloved nieces, Charlotte Mahoney, Renee O'Connell (dec.) and Margie George; beloved grandchildren, Joey and Angel. Further survived by 2 loving children, Jill Frances Jackson and Michael E. Jackson, loved by all, many nieces, nephews, greatnieces and greatnephews, dear friends, Mary Ann and James Byrne (dec.) and Nellie Adams (dec.). Angela's favorite charities were the Monastery of the Blessed Sacrament (West Bloomfield, MI) and The Blind Orphans (New Jersey). Angela gave countless hours helping the sick, working at the Christ Child Orphanage. Longtime member of the Christ Child Society. She volunteered at USO. She gave tirelessly all of her life. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Wednesday, St. Peter Catholic Church, Delano. Visitation 4-8 PM Tuesday, Iten Funeral Home, Delano. Visitation continues 10-11 AM Wednesday at the church prior to Mass. Interment St. Mary of Czestochowa Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the Monastery of the Blessed Sacrament, West Bloomfield, MI. Iten Funeral Home Delano (763) 972-2891
