Julianna was born to Johan Christian Graff and Maria Katharina (nee Ernst) Graff in Dobrinka, Russia. She emigrated with her husband, George Peppler and their five sons: Alex, Jacob, Fred, Henry and Victor to the USA in 1907. Two other children, George Jr. and Katherine, came to the USA later.

Julia Anna Peppler, born Graf, was born on 6 February 1870 in Dobrinka Russia where she was baptized as a child. In 1889 she was married to George Peppler and in 1908 they moved to the US. They spent their married life in Fort Collins and Longmont, Colorado. Her husband died in 1947. She died on 9 February 1962, at the age of 92 years and 3 days. She left 4 sons, Jakob and Victor from Longmont, Heinrich and Ed from Denver; 2 daughters, Mrs. Jakob Flohr from Gehring, Nebraska and Mrs. Fred. Schmer from Loveland; 33 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Mrs. Julia Peppler, 92, Dies Here Today
Mrs. Julia Peppler, a resident of the Loveland-Fort Collins-Longmont area since 1905, died early this morning at a local rest home, where she had been a patient for several years.
Mrs. Peppler, who was 92 the past Tuesday, had made her home with her children after the death of her husband, George, at Fort Collins in 1947, until it became necessary for her to enter the nursing home.
She was a member of the First Congregational church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Fred Schmer of Loveland and Mrs. Katherine Ann Flohr of Gering, Neb., and four sons, Jake and Victor Peppler of Longmont, Henry Peppler of Mead and Edward Peppler of Denver. Three sons preceded her in death.
Time of services, to be held from the Congregational church, will be announced by Kibbey's. Interment will be at Fort Collins.

Mrs. Julia Peppler, 92, died this morning in a Loveland nursing home.
Mrs. Peppler was born Feb. 6, 1870, and has lived in the Fort Collins, Loveland and Longmont areas since 1905. Her husband, George Peppler, died in 1947 in Fort Collins. Following his death, Mrs. Peppler lived with her children until she entered the nursing home. She was a member of the Loveland Congregational Church.
Surviving are four sons--Jake and Victor of Longmont, Henry of Mead and Edward Peppler of Denver, and two daughters--Mrs. Kathryn A. Flohr of Gehring, Neb., and Mrs. Fred Schmer of Loveland. Three other sons are dead.
