Fred Hinther
MILES CITY, MT. --- Fred Hinther, 69, of Miles City, died Sunday in a Miles City Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Stevenson and Sons Funeral Chapel, the Rev. John B. Fitz of the First Presbyterian Church officiating.
Burial will be in the Custer County Cemetery, Miles City, MT.
Mr. Hinther was born Sept. 6, 1898, in Kansas, and worked as an auto mechanic in Jordan, and Miles City most of his life.
He was a Veteran Of World War II.
He married Grace Castle in 1947 in Miles City.
She died in 1963.
Mr. Hinther also was preceded in death by his first wife, the former Eva Cartwright.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. June Browne of Vallejo, CA.; a brother, Carl of Roseburg, OR.; A sister, Mrs. Mollie Feigel of Casper, WY., and several grandchildren.
