Thaddeus (Sammy) Gondek of Coalport died in the Warren State Hospital Saturday evening. Born June 4,1925 at Colport,he was the son of Florence and the late Andrew Gondek. Surviving him are his mother Florence Gondek who resides in Blain City and the following brothers and sisters; Jacob Gunia,Stanley,George Joseph,Mrs. Stella Paule,Mrs. Nellie Shomo both of Detroit Michigan and Florence Peacock of Coalport. Requiem mass will be held Wednesdy at 9am at St. Basil's Catholic Church in Coalport with the Reverend Joseph A Maryland as eclebrant.Interment will be in the church cemetary. Friends are being received at the Greinader Funeral Home in Coalport. The rosary will be recited at 8pm at the funeral home.
