When funeral services were held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, for Catherine Lanser, 98, at St. Mary's Church, Port Washington, her nephew, Father Jerome Lanser, officiated.
Mrs. Lanser died Oct. 6, at Heritage Nursing Home, Port Washington.
She was born in Marshfield on June 1, 1892, the daughter of Gregor and Theresa Witman Fleisner. On June 16, 1917, she and Henry Lanser were married in Milwaukee.
Mr. Lanser died in 1948.
Mrs. Lanser was a member of St. Mary's Church, Port Washington, and the Christian Mothers Society.
She is survived by three daughters Theresa Klespes, El Pasco, Texas, Irene Chmielewski, Naples, Fla., and Adeline Kraus, Port Washington, and four sons, Henry of Hubertus, Greg, Aelred and Edward, all of Port Washington.
Mrs. Lanser is also survived by 46 grandchildren and 57 great grandchildren.
