Mrs. Evelyn D. Blair, 78, of Blairs Mills, died at 8:10 pm, Monday, August 26, 1963, in the Carlisle Hospital. She had been ill for four months.
Born March 25, 1885, in Dickinson, she was a daughter of the late Rev. John F. and Jennie High Diener. She was a member of the Upper Tuscarora Presbyterian Church, in Blairs Mills. She was the widow of Frank A. Blair, who died in December of 1950.
Surviving are their four children, Mrs. Helen Shearer, of Spring Run; John, Glenn and Max, all of Blairs Mills; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
