Death claimed Mrs. George Foster, 1008 So. Tenth Street, at the hospital at
6:30 last night, following an illness since last October. Since December 27,
Mrs. Foster had been a patient at the hospital, her condition precarious as
a result of complications and an operation which she underwent.
Mrs. Foster who previous to marriage was Caroline Zeiser was 44 years of age
and a native of Michigan coming here 22 years ago. She was married April 3,
1899 and is survived by her husband and five children, Mrs. V. Nelson, of
Williams Bay, Marie Foster and Irving George and Oscar, this city. Three
brothers, Edward, Albert and George Zeiser, of Menominee, Mich., and three
sisters, Mrs. Frank Novak and Mrs. Herman Schmidt of Menominee and Mrs. John
Kezel of Sopertown, also survive.
The funeral will be held Friday morning at 9 o’clock from St. Boniface church,
the Rev. Kersten officiating.
