Sarah
Engleman, widow of Enoch Engleman still lives at the age of 84 years. Her home
is near Galena. She is the daughter of Jacob Burkhardt and was born in
Greenville township in 1810. Her father was among the first settlers of the
county. She is the mother of nine children and lives with one of her sons. Her
religous (sic) belief is Lutheran.
