Born in Buffalo, NY, on July 11, 1892 and baptized in St. Stanislaus Church on July 13, 1892, she was the daughter of Stanislaw (James) Ksiazek and Anna Ksiazek (nee Slowik).
She was the devoted mother of Mrs. Nancy Patti, Mrs. Helen McGowan,Mrs. Lillian Blusiewicz, Mrs. Dorothy Roche, Mrs. Blanche Smith, Cecilia and Leon Bielat and the late Mrs. Josephine Heimbach and Bertie Bielat.
She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Lilly & Zeiler Funeral Home, 700 South Conkling Street. Requiem Mass offered at St. Casimer's Church. Interment in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
