Evelyn Bendewald
FORSYTH, MT. ---- Evelyn Bendewald, 67, died Saturday Dec. 17, 1994, at St. Vincent Medical Center in Billings.
Evelyn was born Nov. 13, 1927 in Melbeta, NE., the daughter of Adam and Amelia Greenwald Seader.
She came to Fairviewm MT, with her family at an early age.
She attended schools inn Fairview, Hammond Valley, north west of Forsyth, graduating from Rosebud High School in 1945.
Evelyn came to Forsyth in 1945.
On June 4, 1950 Evelyn married Otto Bendewald in Forsyth.
They lived on the Bendewald fame north of Vananda before coming to Forsyth in 1952 where they have lived since.
Evelyn was a member of the Concordia Lutheran Church in Forsyth and enjoyed ceramics, crafts, knitting and crocheting.
She is survived by her husband, Otto of Forsyth, two sons, Robert of Forsyth, and Jeffrey (Jean) of Woodinvile, WA., her daughter Elaine (Sam) Thelen of Billings, MT., six grandchildren, two brothers Robert Seader of Billings, and John Seader of Shepherd, MT., six sisters, Eleanor Benner of Laurel, Ollie Morton and Shirley Fischer both of Forsyth, MT., Norma Steinback and Molly Hein both of Billings, and Sharon Williams of Hysham, MT.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday Dec. 21, 1994 at the Concordia Lutheran Church in Forsyth.
Interment will follow in the Forsyth Cemetery, Forsyth, MT.
