Mrs. Emma Gotter, 80, of Route 1, Hilbert, died Sunday.
She was born March 16, 1888, in the Town of Rantoul, Calumet County, a daughter of Henry and Anna Federwitz Hillmann. She was married to Otto Gotter on July 8, 1913, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Town of Rantoul. Mrs. Gotter was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Hilbert.
Survivors include her widower; a daughter, Mrs. Earl Pingel of Route 1, Hilbert; a sister, Mrs. Marie Schwalenberg of Route 1, Hilbert; four brothers, Albert Hilmann of Route 1, Hilbert, Martin Hillmann of Route 1, Chilton, Fred Hillmann of Route 2, Brillion and William of Chilton; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a son, Roman, four brothers and four sisters.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Hilbert, with Pastor Kenneth Weber officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Kapitzke Funeral Home, Hilbert, and at the church from 11 a.m. Wednesday until the time of services.
