Gwendaline Ann Goldsworthy, 69 of Bloomington passed away Thursday September 27, 2012 at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Greenwood, IN. She was born July 12, 1943 in Fort Worth, Texas to Elwyn Lyon and Audra (Swaim) Mackessy.
A homemaker and bookkeeper, Gwen enjoyed cooking, reading and her membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Surviving family members include daughters, Sandra Lueken and her husband Gary of Bloomington, IN., Wendi Gonzales of Vista, CA, mother, Audra Mackessy of Homeland, CA, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, brother, Greg Lyon and his wife Paula of Nipomo, CA, and two nephews.
Gwen was preceded in death by her father, Elwyn Lyon, husband, Richard Robert Goldsworthy, son, Timothy Robert Goldsworthy, and granddaughter, Lisa Lynn Goldsworthy.
Services will be held Wednesday, October 3, at 11:00am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 4235 West 3rd Street, Bloomington, IN. A Graveside service will be held at the Montecito Memorial Park Cemetery in Loma Linda, CA on Friday 2pm, October 5, 2012.
