Predeceased by her parents, John & Kristina (Sunec) Cernak, her 14 siblings, Paul, John, Christine, Elizabeth Cernak Dickson, Daniel, Stephen, Samuel, Anne Cernak Mercery, Suzanne, George, Thomas, Edward, Charles & Michael (Milon), and two sons Samuel John & Frank Clayton Hathaway.
Survived by her husband, a son, 4 grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild
