Knoxville – Mrs. GERTRUDE ALBERT BROWN, 74, of Knoxville, died on Tuesday at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of Wendell Brown and a daughter of James Edward and Mary Weddle.

She was a member of New Jerusalem Lutheran Church.

She is survived by daughters, Mrs. Marian Wood of Knoxville, Mrs. Louise Bell of Martinsburg, WV, Ms. Ruth Cooper of Brunswick, son, Lee Albert of Brunswick; 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services were held at the Brown Funeral Home, Lovettsville, Va.; burial was in Park Heights Cemetery, Brunswick.
