She was born in Clawson Michigan in 1926 the 7th child of Sidney and Anna Engle. A 1943 graduate of Imlay City High School.
Married Henry Ettema Jan 25 1947 in Imlay City, He was a farmer with his 2 brothers. Henry died in 2010. The proud strong & loving mother of 4 daughters Patricia, Carol, Sandra & Kathleen. and several grandchildren. Note she died the same date as her mother Anna Engle, different years being, 1980 & 2008.
She loved gardening, putting up vegetables for the winter . Knitting baby sweaters. Made several porcelain dolls. Garage sales a weekly event. Wintered in Zepheryhills, Fl. several years. A member of Willing Workers at Christian School. A Red Cross Volunteer.
