Clem F. Feldman, aged 66, a lifelong and well-known Minster resident, died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack at 10 a.m. Saturday at the family residence in Minster.
Mr. Feldman had not been ill. He had worked all day Friday at the Post Printing Company in Minster where he had been employed as a pressman for many years.
He was a lifelong member of the St. Augustine's church and of the Holy Name Society of the church. He held membership also in the Minster Eagles' Lodge and in the Cataract Fire Company here.
Mr. Feldman was born in Minster Jan 30, 1898. His parents were Bernard and Josephine Feldman. He and Marie Berning were married Aug 3, 1929, and she survives him along with four children: Mrs. William (Joan) Early and Thomas Feldman, both of Minster; Mrs. Victor (Judy) Rutschiliing of Osgood; and Gail Feldman at home. There are five grandchildren.
Also surviving are two sisters, Rose Feldman of Minster, and Mrs. Josephine Boyce of Ft. Wayne, Ind.
Requiem High Mass was sung in St. Augustine's church Tuesday at 9 a.m. The Rev. John Spatt, C.PP.S., the pastor, officiated. Burial was made in the church cemetery.
The Post Printing Company offices and plant were closed during the time of the funeral services, arrangements for which were in charge of the Heinl Funeral Home.
