Mrs. Nick Weber

LAKE CITY, Minn. - Mrs. Nick Weber, 59, Lake City, died Tuesday morning at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, after having been ill one year with acute leukemia.

The former Helena Brever, she was born Feb. 14, 1902, at Browerville, Minn., daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Brever. She was married Oct. 5, 1926, at Browerville. The couple lived in Long Prairie, Minn., until 1942 and then moved to Lake City after buying the Lakewood Dairy here. The Webers operate the dairy and Dairy Bar until 1951 when they sold the business.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and of teh church's Rosary society and evening unit.

Surviving are: Her husband; one son, Kenneth, Lake City; on daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Lorraine) Heitman, Lake City; two grandchildren and 10 brothers and sisters. Two brothers have died.

A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Rev. Donald Grubisch officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rosary will be said at 8 p.m. today and Thursday at Peterson-Sheehan Funeral Home, Lake City, where friends may call.
