Survivors include her husband, Paul; a daughter, Cynthia of Kansas City, Mo.; two sons, Brian and Daniel, both of Cedar Rapids; three sisters, Regina Bergman of Maynard, Beverly Dvorak of Cedar Rapids and Dorothy Lehmkuhl of De Witt; and four brothers, Lawrance Kisner of Hendersonville, N.C., Floyd Kisner of Rockford, Ill., John Kisner of Oelwein and Dale Kisner of Hiawatha.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Born to Peter and Mabel Hensch Kisner on Aug. 19, 1938, in Oelwein, she married Paul Egger there on April 28, 1962. Shirley worked as a para-professional at Taft Middle School and was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church.
