Mrs. Elizabeth Schmaltz. 65. wife of. Herman H. Schmaltz, passed away at her home, 728 11th street this morning at 1:30 o'clock after lingering illness. She was born Jan. 2. 1885. in Kansas City. Kan. daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Frank of this city. In 1909, she married Herman Schmaltz at Menominee, MI. Mrs. Schmaltz was a member of St John's Catholic church.

Survivors are her husband. eight; daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Seyforth, Mrs. Lucille Getchel, Mrs. Lillian Liddle, Mr. Ruth Bees, Mrs. Bernice Sterns, Lorraine, and Violet Schmaltz and Mrs. Dorothy Epprecht, two sons. Gilbert Schmaltz and Jimmie Glazer, two brothers Joht Frank and Ferdinand Frank, and five grandchildren. All are of Oshkosh. Thre; sisters and two brothers preceded her in death. , j

Funeral services will be held st 8:30 a. m. Tuesday at the Marquardt funeral home and 9 o'clock at St John's Catholic church. The Rev. John Murphy will officiate. Interment will be at Peace Lutheran cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday evening at 7 o'clock and Monday afternoon from 3:30 o clock until the time of services. The rosary will be recited Monday evening at 7:30 O'clock.
