Adolph L. Herrman, 78, Landmark Hotel, was found dead at his home Wednesday morning.

Born May 12 1901, at Liebenthal, he married Barbara Werth Jan. 8, 1924, at Liebenthal. She died July 31, 1972.

A retired carpenter, he had been a resident of Hutchinson since 1938. He was a member of St. Teresa's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.

Survivors include sons: Edward Partridge; Barney, Escondido, Calif.; Charles, Lakewood, Colo.; daughters Mrs. Opal Lewandowski, Foley Minn.; Mrs. Pat Johnson, Tucson Ariz.; brothers Eddie Herrman, Hays; Joe Riedel, Pocatello, Idaho; sisters: Margaret Riedel, Hays; Mrs. Mary Harkness, Osborne; 15 grand children and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church; Rev. John Mullen; burial at Fairlawn Cemetery. Parish rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Knights of Columbus rosary at 7:45 p.m. Friday at Johnson and Sons Funeral Home. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
