Obituary for Mrs. Frances Gramlich

MAYBEE - Mrs. Frances J. Gramlich, 76, was found dead at 9:30 a.m. today in her home at 7554 Blue Bush Rd., Maybee. Dr. James Gazdagh, an assistant Monroe County medical examiner, said death was caused by a heart attack. Friends may call at the Liedel Funeral Home in Maybee after 7 p.m. tomorrow. Services are pending. The daughter of William and Amanda Leibold, she was born June 28, 1895 in Maybee. Her married to Leo M. Gramlich was June 20, 1916 in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Maybee. He died March 12, 1956. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church and its Christian Mothers and Little Flower Guild; the Auxiliary of Maybe Post 4361, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and of the Maybee Senior Citizens. Surviving are 2 sons, Arthur of Maybee and Leo of Belleville; 2 daughters, Mrs. Harold (Camilla) Goodnough of Maybee and Mrs. William (Ruth) Kiebler of Monroe; 2 brothers, John Leibold of Maybee and Leo Leibold of Monroe; 2 sisters, Mrs. Anna Quell and Mrs. Charles (Catherine) Lohr, both of Maybee; 18 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. Two sons preceded her in death.
