He was a retired store manager and ad lived in Salina for 40 years. Leiker, a veteran of World War II, was a member of the American Legion and Sacred Heart Cathedral.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. John (Joyce) Haffner, Newton, Mrs. John (Jean) Weichbrodt, Herkimer; two sons, John, Rome N.Y., Chester Morris, Wichita; two sisters, Mrs. Rose Pengel, Russell, Mrs. Victoria, Feldt, Hays; and three grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Fidelis Church, Victoria. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Cline’s Mortuary, Victoria, from 1 p.m. Friday until service time. There will be a parish rosary at 8 p.m. Friday at Cline’s.
