Pallbears were Linus Leiker, Elmer Leiker, Walter Leiker, Bob Leiker, Edwin Mermis and Johnny Feldt.
A retired oilfield worker, he is survived by his widow, Mary, Kansas City; a daughter, Mrs. Paul Beck, Kansas City; a brother, John, Salina; three sisters, Mrs. Rose Pingel, Russell; Mrs. Victoria Feldt, Hays; Mrs. Katie Depperschmidt, Oakley; three grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

According to Die Herzoger, Peter Mermis and wife Mary Ann Leiker adopted Mary Lambrecht, born May 15, 1898 and subsequently married Alfons Leiker.
Mary Lambrecht is presumably the wife of this Alfons Leiker although there is a bit of discrepancy in birth dates since her headstone says May 7, 1899.
In any event, Isabella is then a granddaughter (by adoption) of Peter Mermis & Maria Leiker.
