Jacob Lenhardt
Jacob Lenhardt, 84, of 224 Monroe Ave., Loveland, died Jan. 16 in a local nursing home.
He was born Dec. 2, 1899, in Frank, Russia, to Conrad and Katherine Kauffman Lenhardt. He was first married to Anna Diesing. He later married Helen Lebsack and then Jenny Lawrence.
Lenhardt was a retired Great Western Sugar Company watchman, retiring in 1974. He moved to Loveland from Fruita in 1914. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Loveland.
He is survived by two sons, Gerald Lenhardt and Wilbert Lenhardt, both of Loveland; five daughters, Lillian Adler of Loveland, Viola Broyles of Loveland, Eleanor Schonenberg of Cheyenne, Wyo., Edna Myers of Fort Collins, and Patricia Larson of Littleton; 20 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
A service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Graham T. Rinehart officiating. Burial will be in Loveland Burial Park.
Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home is in charge of services and arrangements.

A funeral service for Jacob Lenhardt, who died Jan. 16, was today at Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Graham T. Rinehart officiating.
Beth Crowder sang “Just a Closer Walk with Thee” and “O Promise Me.” The congregational hymn was “Nearer My God to Thee.” Diana Miller was the organist.
Escorts were Danny Adler, Ron Adler, Jeff Larson, Jerry Ladd, John Ladd and Wayne Lenhardt.
Burial was in Loveland Burial Park.
Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home was in charge of services and arrangements.
