Mrs. Tipp was born September 9, 1824, in New Florence, the daughter of E. and Ida Belle (Lowry) Dickman, born in St. Louis and Lincoln, Nebraska. She was united in marriage to B. Tipp and he survives her. Mrs. Tipp was a housewife.
Arrangements were under the care of C.A. Harding Services of Jonesburg. Burial was in the St. Patrick Cemetery.
