HAYS (Kansas) - Clyde Werner Vincent, 88, Hayes, died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 1992. At St. John’s Nursing Home, Hayes
Mr. Vincent was born July 23, 1903, at Alden and had been a Hays resident since 1971, moving from Alden. He was a farmer and teacher and a member of the First United Methodist Church, Hays, and the Masonic Lodge, the Order of Eastern Star and, the National and State Society of Sons of the American Revolution, all of Sterling.
Survivors include his wife, Ida C. of the home; a daughter, Viola E. Kaempfe of Hayes; and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the First united Methodist Church, Hays, the Revs. Lawrence Grove and Bill Miller officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Alden Valley Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the church or the Fort Hays State Endowment Association.
