She was born March 5, 1890 in Plymouth and lived in this area all her life. She was a volunteer at the Conard House and a volunteer for the Red Cross for 35 years. Mrs. Lota was a member of First Lutheran Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. William (Irene) Halvax and Mrs. John (Dorothy) Zappone, both of Mansfield; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Ernest (Imo) Linn of Toledo; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in deaty by her husband, Arthur Lotz , one daughter, Laurel Jean Sutherly.
Services will be held Saturday at Wappner Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
