Carl G. Schaub, born to Eternal Life Dec. 31, 2009. Age 91 years.

Beloved husband for 66 years to Eleonore (nee Idzikowski).

Loving father of the late Lawrence and Joseph (Cassandra). Dear grandfather of Jennifer (Paul) Gage, Andrew (Jamie) and Angela (Matthew) Peach. Dearest great-grandfather of Aubrey, Sydney and Carissa. Further survived by a brother Bill, sisters Ann, Eleanor and Mary, other relatives and many friends.

Carl was an enlisted man in the U.S. Coast Guard before and during WWII. Long term employee of the Journal Communications Group, and will be remembered for his humor and loving of Eleonore, his family and his many true life stories.

Visitation Thurs. Jan. 7, 9:30 AM until the time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM all at St. James Catholic Church, 830 County Road NN East, Mukwonago. Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery, Milwaukee.
