Leonard's parents,I'm pretty sure were John Joseph and Mammie "Jane" (Stuart) Panek that lived in Maple City,near Leonard's grandparents.
How his mother's name is Grace,is beyond me.
John was my great grandfather's nephew. I must ask Leonard's sister or brother who are still in the area.
I am glad you posted the obit. as I've searched for it for some time and could not find it.
It could be that Mary could not remember on the spot. Many thanks for what you did,posting Leonard and Mary's memorial.I will send an edit if we can clear this up with #s for them. You may post this correction(confusion).
Mammie has been deceaed for about 25 years now, maybe Mary forgot.
