O.J., 92, Osgood, died at 12:05 a.m., at State of the Heart Inpatient Unit.

He was the son of William and Eleanora (Bohman) Brandewie. On Aug 30, 1952, in Osgood, he married Clara Mary Schlarman, who survives.

Also surviving are a brother, Delmar 'Jack' Montezuma; and three sisters-in-law: Imelda Stucke, Coldwater, Lois Wenning, Minster, and Betty Schlarman, North Star.

Deceased are a sister linked below; four brothers-in-law: Herb (June) Schlarman, Hugo (Liz) Schlarman and Clete Wenning and Roman Stucke; and five sisters-in-law: Rosemary Brandewie, Rosella (Wilfred) Tanner, Velma (Ralph) Magoteaux, Eileen Schlarman and Lucille (Bill) Ketring.

A veteran of the US Navy at Pearl Harbor during WWII and a member of the American Legion Post 588, Osgood, he was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood, and the Men’s Sodality of the Church.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood, with Rev. David Zink officiating. Burial will follow in St. Martin Cemetery, Osgood.
