He was the son of William H. and Eleanor (Bohman) Brandewie. On Jun 2, 1951, in Minster, he married Rosemary B. Kemper, who preceded him in death.
Surviving are two sons: William J. (June), Versailles, and James M. (Linda) Brandewie, Ft. Loramie; four in-laws: Clara Brandewie, Coldwater, Thelma Zegarelli, Utica, NY, and Rich (Mary Jean) Kemper and Robert (Judy) Kemper, both Minster; and three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother and sister, both linked below.
A lifelong farmer and former director of Osgood State Bank, he was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Osgood. He was an antique Ford Tractor enthusiast.
