Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Catherine Rollheiser; two sons, Leo of Topeka, and Joseph of Chicago, Ill.; three daughters, Mrs. Hoffman and Mrs. John Heim, of Topeka, and Mrs. J. P. Fitzgibbons of Council Bluffs, Ia.; a brother, Casper Rollheiser of Kansas City, Kan., and nine grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements not been completed.
