OBITUARY—Marshfield News-Herald, Oct. 13, 1952
Funeral services for Mrs. Edward Billeb, 62, Stetsonville, who died Saturday morning at Medford Hospital have been tentatively set for Tuesday, October 14.
Her body will repose at the Hartwig Ruesch Funeral Home, where the Rev. William P. Holzhausen will conduct services. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Billeb, a former resident of Colby, moved to the town of Medford five years ago, and to Stetsonville two years later.
She was born in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, Oct. 1, 1891. Her first marriage, to Charles Friday, took place at New Ulm, Minn. in 1908, and her second marriage, to Edward Billeb, at Neillsville, in 1942.
She is survived by her husband and the following children, Henry Friday, route 1, Colby, Mrs. O.H. (Viola) Chermak, Montgomery, Minn., Joseph Friday, Kimberly, and Raymond Billeb, Cudahy. Two brothers, John Schwartz, Montgomery, and Frank Schwartz, Minneapolis; a sister, Mrs. William Habeck, Blakeley, Minn., and fifteen grandchildren also survive.
