Mary Ruth Brady, of East Troy, Wisconsin, who lived in Valdosta since 2010, passed away peacefully at home early on Tuesday, July 24, 2018. She was born on July 19, 1921 in Juneau, Wisconsin to the late Elmer and Erma (Schrap) Hartzheim. Mary was a loving and devoted wife to Gerald Brady as well as a loving and caring mother to her two daughters Kathleen and Karen. Mary was a faithful and devout Catholic whose faith was foremost in her life. She was preceded in death by: her three brothers, Jim Hartzheim, Paul Hartzheim, and John Hartzheim; her sister Pat Hartzheim; her husband Gerald Brady; and her son Paul Brady. Mary was a devoted grandmother to Shawn, Christopher, and Jessica Ferguson, and had a very close bond with her grandson David Roe. ary is survived by: her brother, Joe Hartzheim; Daughter and Son in laws, Kathleen and John Roe of Valdosta; Karen and Scott Ferguson of Berlington, Washington; Greatgrandchildren, Phillip Deason and Kylee Ferguson. As per the family’s wishes, Mary will be flown home to Wisconsin to be buried next to her loving husband Gerald Brady. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at St. Peters Catholic Church in East Troy, Wisconsin with burial to following the church cemetery.
