Tony was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and served during the Korean War. He was an engineer at Zurn and Stoker Reilly and later self-employed. He was an avid golfer and sportsman, as well as military historian.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven brothers, Michael, Frank, Edward, John, William, Joseph and Peter Corapi; and two sisters, Mary Coursey and Mary Angela Corapi.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Victoria Letizia "Vicky" Corapi, of Erie; a son, Anthony M. Corapi, of Erie; a brother, Thomas Corapi and sister, Adeline Giannamore.
