Russell Co. News - Sept. 20, 2018: Mary Louise (Wagner) Stielow passed away Sep. 7 at her home in Platte City, MO. She was born Jan. 27, 1936 in her home in rural Gorham to Emanuel and Bertha (Schneider) Wagner. She lived her early life in Russell and graduated from Russell High School in 1954.
After high school graduation, Mary married John Keith Stielow Dec. 4, 1955 and worked for attorney Jerry Driscoll for several years. Mary was a loving mother. She and her husband, Keith Stielow were blessed with four children: Rhonda (Bill) Wagner; Brenda (Curtis) Faulkner; Melinda; and John (Deanie) Stielow.
Mary and her husband Keith, eventually moved to Platte City, MO where they owned their own business at KCI.
Other survivors include sisters: Norma Joan Riedel, Plains, KS; Barbara Jean Brown (Dean), Russell; and brother Dale Emanuel Wagner (Connie) of Russell. She is also survived by several grandchildren; great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
