Peter Jaeckels, 86, 161 W. Wisconsin avenue, Kaukauna, died at home about 1 o'clock this morning after a long illness.
He was born Feb. 6, 1871, in Hilbert and moved to Kaukauna about 25 years ago.
Funeral services will be at Holy cross Catholic church, Kaukauna, at 9 o'clock Monday morning, with burial in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Fargo Funeral home, Kaukauna, after 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon.
A sister, Miss Anna Jaeckles, Milwaukee, survives.
