Otto Paul "Bones" Cerny was born to his loving parents Anton and Cecillia Theresa "Betty" (Fiala) Cerny - Wanroe on Monday September 24, 1906 at Ord, Valley County Nebraska. My research found no information on Otto's childhood or schooling. Otto was united in marriage to Helen Spicka on Thursday July 8, 1926, the couple was blessed with two daughters and three sons over the years of their marriage. Otto always had a story to tell if you would take time to listen. Otto was a person who could fix anything. Otto could perfectly sharpen chain saws blades to painting vehicles. Otto's son Robert probably received his knowledge to run his Cerny Auto Body, Wrecker, and Salvage Services at North Bend, Dodge County from his father. Sadly Otto passed on leap day Saturday February 29, 1992 at the age of 85 years, 5 months, 5 days which does not include his last day, he lived a total of 31,204 days. My research found no information on Otto's funeral service. Otto was interred in the Saint John Nepomucene Cemetery at Weston, Saunders County. Otto's information was provided from researching many resources and my memory. This biography was created as an honor to Otto by Loren R. I believe all lives matter, even the lives of those who have passed. Many details are still missing from his life, if you have any more details I will be happy to edit the additional information into this biography. Please send your info to me at my email address [email protected]
