George Schoenfeldt, 73, 1310 W. Norris, died Sunday in a Topeka hospital, where he was admitted Saturday. He was born May 15, 1901 in Topeka where he spent his life.
He was a member of the Catholic Church. He was a carpenter before he retired.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Lena White, Orange, Tex., and Mrs. Mollie Hammond, 530 Emmett.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Mr. Schoenfeldt will lie in state from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Brennan Funeral Home, where parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
