Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church for John Jacob Schoenfeld, 70, of 837 Carnahan, who died Thursday morning at his home.
Born Aug. 24, 1896, he had lived here all his life. He was a sheet metal worker and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
Two children preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife Frances Schoenfeld, of the home; a brother, George Schoenfeld, 1926 Kansas; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Navarre, 1413 N. Jackson, Mrs. Mollie Hammond, 430 Emmett, and Mrs. Lena White, Orange, Tex.; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 - 9 p.m. Friday in Brennan Funeral Home where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
