Frances Maie Jensen was born July 18, 1947 in Creston to Helen Irene (May) Miller and Wendeline Vincent Miller. She grew up and attended school in Creston. On January 20, 1979 in Orient, Iowa, Maie was united in marriage to Max Marvin Jensen.
Maie worked at Creston Manor as a medication aid and then worked at Trolli; retiring in 2005.
Survivors include her five children, Marsha Henderson (significant other Victor) of Lawton, Okla.; Terry Stogdill, Jr. of Creston; Doug Stogdill of Runnells, IA.; Jim Jensen of Nixa, Mo.; Deb Drake (husband Mitch) of Des Moines; sisters Ethel Carson of Creston and Pat Schaefer of Greenfield; brother David (wife Mary) Miller of Creston; eight grandchildren Edmond McKay, Tyler McKay, Jordan Jensen, Dustin Stogdill, Josh Drake, Jessi Stogdill, Madison Jensen, China Henderson; one great-grandchild Noah McKay; sister-in-law Susie Miller of Creston; brother-in-law Doyle Jensen of Chehalis, Wash; along with many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Max Jensen in 2001; granddaughter Erica Stogdill; brothers Vincent Miller, Thomas Miller and Clyde Miller; her sisters Helen Jackson, Lucille Ossian and Doris Young on January 23, 2015.
