Anna Barbara Engel, daughter of John and Kunigunda (Duesel) Engel was born on September 23, 1877 and passed away on December 14, 1953.
On June 9, 1896 she was united in marriage to William Foxhoven at St. Boniface Church. They were the parents of fourteen children, two of whom died in infancy. Two other children died at an early age, Alfred at the age of five and Rose at the age of two years.
Mr and Mrs Foxhoven lived on a farm east of Earling for 45 years. They retired and moved into Earling in 1940.
She is survived by five sons, Ted, Henry, Ralph, Albert and Bernard, and five daughters, Katie, Kunnie, Isabelle, Cecelia and Matilda.
Burial was in the St. Joseph's cemetery in Earling.
