He married Saralee Pickrell in 1937 in Bowling Green, Mo.; she died in 1994 in Peoria.
Mr. Cramer was a machine operator for Caterpillar Inc. for 35 years, retiring in 1977.
He was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Peoria, where he was a longtime board member, and Caterpiller Retirees Club.
Survivors: a son, Don (wife, Joyce) Cramer of Peoria; a daughter, Carole Farquhar of Tinley Park; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, E.F. (wife, Donna) Cramer of Lacon; a sister, Clara Biggs of Greenview; and several nieces and nephews.
Services; 10:30 a.m. Saturday, First Assembly of God Church, Peoria, the Rev. Dean Grabill officiating.
Burial Elmwood Cemetery, Greenview.
