Mary Salvo age 94, born Aug.31, 1907, passed away March 13,2002. Preceeded in death by her parents, Joeph and Mary Kocman; her husband of 49 years, Sam Salvo; son, Sam Salvo Jr,; brothers, Rudolph and Edward Kocman; sisters, Angela Medved and Steffie Samples; and daughter-in-law, Christine Salvo. Survived by her sons, Eugene and Robert; daughter, Carolyn Drewry; sisters, Ann Skender, Pueblo, and Millie Cosimano of Fulton, N.Y.; daughter-in-law LaVerne Salvo grandchildren, Ricky, Gina, Sam, Kristi and Eddie; and great-grandchildren, Angelina, Robie, Jacqalyne and Sam. Mary and her friends loved catering for weddings and parties throughout Pueblo for many years. She was a member of KSKJ Lodge No. 7, St. Joseph Lodge, St. Theresa Lodge and St. Joseph Parish. Special thanks to the staff of University Park Care Center for their support and care of Mary. Viewing, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m. monday, St. Joseph Church in Blende. Interment, Roselawn Cemetery. The family will greet friends after the interment service at St. Joseph's Caferteria, 1145 S. Aspen. The family respecfully requests the omission of food and flowers.
