MRS. BAUMBACH PASSES AWAY
Karolina Baumbach, 89 passed away yesterday afternoon at the home of her daughter Mrs. Lottie Reuscher, on Techlenburg Rd.
A native of Russia, Mrs. Baumbach came to Lodi in 1907. She was the wife of the late Henry Baumbach, for many years a well known vineyardist in this area, and was a member of the Seventh-day Church of God.
She was the mother of Mrs. Elizabeth Werner, Arcata, Calif., Mrs. Kate Scheideman, Lodi; Mrs. Lydia Miller, Berkeley; Ike Baumbach, Lodi; Mrs. Reuscher; and of the late Martha Miller of Lodi. Also surviving are a brother, Abraham Bechthold of Lodi; and two sisters, Mrs. Katherine Mastel, Lodi; and Mrs. Mary Seibel of Bowden, N.D. Mrs. Baumbach is further survived by 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later by the Lodi Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Karolina Baumbach will be held at 10a.m. Wednesday from the Seventh-day Church of God, at Lodi Ave. and Pleasant Ave. Elder Louis Baumbach will officiate. Interment will be in Lodi Memorial Cemetery under the direction of the Lodi Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Karolina Baumbach were held yesterday morning from the Seventh-day Church of God with Elder Lewis Baumbach and Elder Claude Ellis Officiating.
Pallbearers were Melvin Baumbach, Henry Baumbach, Joseph Blanke, Henry Werner, James Rause and Walter Buchmiller.
